Papua New Guinea Description:
Papua New Guinea officially the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, is a country in Oceania, occupying the eastern half of the island of New Guinea and numerous offshore islands. The country is situated on the Pacific Ring of Fire, at the point of collision of several tectonic plates. There are a number of active volcanoes and eruptions are frequent. Earthquakes are relatively common. Papua New Guinea is mostly mountainous and mostly covered with tropical rainforest and surrounded by coral reefs.
In Papua New Guinea divers are welcome all over year. The best month to dive are from May till December.
