FR Polynesia Description:
French Polynesia is a French overseas collectivity in the southern Pacific Ocean. It is consist of several groups of Polynesian islands, the most famous island is Tahiti. The islands of French Polynesia have a total land area of 4,167 square kilometres and has 118 island and hundrets of islets. Important atolls and island groups in French Polynesia are: Ahe, Bora Bora, Hiva Oa, Huahine, Maiao, Maupiti, Mehetia, Moorea, Nuku Hiva, Raiatea, Tahaa, Tetiaroa, Tubuai, and Tupai.
Most places in French Polynesia haven't been discovered so far and we don't know anything about diving places. The most popular diving destinations are Rangiroa and Bora-Bora.
Rangiroa which is the second largest atoll on the world. Over there you can meet a lof of big animals. Bora-Bora is known as the most beautiful island of French Polynesia. You can meet over there more than 500 species of fishes. Bora-Bora island has huge lagoon which has perfect conditions for diving. On French Polynesia you can dive all over year, however the best conditions are from November till April.
